Condition & Provenance
Supplied with the original case, strap button and tags. This model is in excellent condition with light polish scratches to the top and one very small dent in the top — which hasn't broken through the finish, only visible when you catch it in the light. Professionally installed L.R. Baggs Anthem and strap button to the neck heel. The original film is still on the pickguard!
This guitar has undergone a full in-house set-up here at Cody's Guitars and is strung with D'Addario 12-53 Phosphor Bronze. Frets are at factory height. The action is set to .080" on the bass side and 0.60" on the treble side, with .004" neck relief. The saddle still has enough room (.060") left to be fine tuned to the player's preference.
A full breakdown of parts — not only to ensure everything is functioning correctly, but also to verify originality. Any non-original parts will be listed in the description.
Neck Depth @ 1st Fret: 0.886"
Neck Depth @ 10th Fret: 1.020"
Description
The CEO-7 blends vintage inspiration with modern craftsmanship in a compact, slope-shoulder 00 design that sounds as good as it looks. Designed by Chris Martin IV, this model features a solid Adirondack spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides for a warm, punchy tone with excellent clarity and projection. The 24.9" scale length and Modified V neck with a 1 3/4" nut width offer a comfortable, classic feel, while scalloped X-bracing brings out the best in every note. Finished in a striking Autumn Sunset Burst with antique white binding, it's full of throwback charm — from the abalone Old Style 18 inlays to the aged nickel tuners. Whether you're playing at home or on stage (thanks to the fitted L.R. Baggs Anthem), the CEO-7 is a standout. Includes hardshell case.

About Us
Welcome to Cody’s Guitars, where passion, craftsmanship, and decades of musical experience come together. Founded in 2017, our shop is built on nearly 20 years in the musical retail industry, and a lifelong love for guitars and the people who play them.
Our Story
Cody’s Guitars began with a simple mission: to create a space where musicians of all levels feel supported, inspired, and genuinely taken care of. After spending almost two decades working hands-on in the industry, we wanted to build something that focused on quality, honesty, and real musical connection. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a trusted local hub for players seeking gear, guidance, and a friendly place to talk shop.
What We Do
We specialise in guitars, pedals, and amplifiers, offering a curated range chosen for tone, reliability, and feel. Whether you’re hunting for your first guitar, upgrading your rig, or chasing that one perfect sound, we’re here to help you find the right match.
Alongside retail, we also provide guitar lessons, tailored for beginners, seasoned players, and everyone in between. Our teaching approach is patient, practical, and focused on helping you grow at your own pace.

- Why We’re Different
At Cody’s Guitars, we pride ourselves on a high standard of work in everything we do. We take time with each customer, making sure you leave not just with the right gear, but with the confidence and excitement to play it.
